M365 Practice Lead

Lead the charge in modernizing our clients' workplaces. You will be the architect behind complex Microsoft 365 migrations and security hardenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end M365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Configure advanced security policies: Conditional Access, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and DLP.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tenant manufacturing and maintenance tasks.
  • Act as the T3 escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Mentor junior technicians on modern workplace best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an MSP or Enterprise IT environment.
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AD/Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Microsoft Certifications (MS-102, MS-500, or SC-300) are highly preferred.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) to align with our automation-first philosophy.

Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the response to security incidents (IR) and forensic investigations.
  • Manage our security stack: SentinelOne, Huntress, Microsoft Defender for Business.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and regular penetration test coordination.
  • Ensure client compliance with frameworks like CIS, NIST, and PIPEDA.
  • Develop and maintain internal security policies and playbooks.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in Cyber Defense, Threat Hunting, or GRC.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are strongly valued.
  • Experience configuring SIEM/SOAR platforms for automated response.
  • Ability to explain complex risks to non-technical business owners.
